Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant-ideal for a recent AA or BA/BS graduate with some work experience. This role supports daily office functions and helps keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, emails, document prep, and data entry
  • Support meetings and internal communication
  • Handle office tasks: supplies, mail, filing
  • Assist with customer and team inquiries
  • Provide general administrative support and help with projects

Qualifications

  • AA or BA/BS required
  • Some experience in admin, customer service, or office support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
